Terms of Service
Clear rules for using LearnVela as a safe, educational study tool.
01 Acceptance and educational purpose
By accessing or using LearnVela, you agree to these Terms. LearnVela is an educational support tool intended to complement—not replace—school textbooks, teachers, independent judgment, or professional advice. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02 Accounts and responsible use
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must not:
- use LearnVela for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or commercial scraping activity;
- attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or access another learner’s information;
- upload or submit material that infringes another person’s rights; or
- misrepresent generated study support as guaranteed, official examination guidance.
03 LearnVela content and limited licence
LearnVela, including its original brand assets, interface, software, code, and original educational presentation, is solely owned by Divyansh Bamel. Divyansh Bamel grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial study.
You may view and print study material for your own learning. You may not sell, republish, systematically copy, frame, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit LearnVela’s original material without written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
04 NCERT, Wikipedia, and third-party sources
LearnVela does not claim ownership of NCERT textbooks, Wikipedia material, or other third-party works. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used or linked for educational reference under their applicable terms. Where an answer relies on an external source, LearnVela identifies that source in the interface.
“NCERT” and the names of third-party services are used only to identify sources; no endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation is implied.
05 Accuracy and availability
Study explanations, generated notes, quiz feedback, and external-source summaries may contain mistakes or become outdated. Check important work against the current textbook and your teacher. The service is provided on an “as available” basis, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
06 Copyright concerns
If you believe material available through LearnVela infringes your copyright, email copyright@learnvela.in with your contact details, identification of the protected work, the exact page or material concerned, your basis for the complaint, and confirmation that the information you provide is accurate.
07 Changes and enforcement
We may update these Terms as LearnVela changes. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect learners, the service, or other people’s rights.
