Cancellation & Refund Policy

01 What you are paying for

LearnVela Pro is a digital Fast AI quota: currently 100 successful cloud answers per UTC day, compared with 3 per day on a free signed-in account. Quizzes, notes, and guest study tools are not a shipped goods purchase.

There is no warehouse and no physical parcel. Delivery means Pro is turned on for the signed-in account after Razorpay confirms payment. See the Shipping & Exchange Policy.

02 How to cancel

Cancel from the Pro page while signed in, or email support@learnvela.in.

• Cancellation stops later renewals.
• You keep Pro until the current paid period ends.
• Cancelling is not, by itself, a refund of days already paid.
• You can subscribe again later from the Pro page.

03 When a refund may be given

Digital subscription payments are usually not refunded just because you changed your mind after Pro was available. LearnVela will still look at:

• Duplicate charges for the same account and period.
• Billing errors where the charged amount does not match the price shown at checkout.
• Paid access that never arrived after Razorpay confirmed payment and support could not turn Pro on.
• Rights the law already gives you that we cannot take away by policy.

We do not refund unused quota when access was available, or ordinary “I decided not to study this month” requests.

04 How to ask

Email support@learnvela.in with the subject Refund Request - [your account email] and include:

• the signed-in LearnVela email;
• the payment date;
• the Razorpay payment, order, or subscription id from the receipt; and
• a short explanation.

05 What happens next

Support aims to review the request within 2 to 4 business days. If a refund is approved, it goes back through Razorpay to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several more business days to show it.
