02 What to include
If you report a bug, a billing mismatch, or a privacy request, include the account email (if you have one), the page you were on, and enough detail to reproduce the issue. Never send your password.
You can also submit a ticket on the Support form. Refunds are described in the refund policy. This page is not legal advice.
