Shipping & Exchange Policy

01 No physical goods

LearnVela is a web application at learnvela.in. It offers Grade 9 2026 NCERT quizzes, revision notes, progress, and optional Fast AI. There is no warehouse, no dispatch desk, and no physical merchandise.

02 Why shipping and exchange do not apply

• Shipping: no courier, postal fee, or tracking number.
• Returns: there is no parcel to send back.
• Exchanges: there is no size, colour, or replacement shipment.

03 How digital access is delivered

If you buy LearnVela Pro (₹149/month), Razorpay confirms the payment and the signed-in account is meant to receive Pro entitlement electronically, usually within minutes.

Check the Pro page or the Fast AI quota on Ask a Doubt. Guest accounts cannot hold a Pro subscription; you need to be signed in.

04 If payment succeeded but Pro did not appear

Do not pay a second time. Email support@learnvela.in with your account email and Razorpay receipt. Support can check the payment and turn access on if the charge is real.

Money questions after that are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy, not as a product exchange.
