01 Digital Educational Services

LearnVela is an online web application providing Grade 9 NCERT academic study tools, AI-assisted explanations, structured summary notes, interactive practice quizzes, and progress analytics.

All services offered by LearnVela are purely digital. LearnVela does not sell, manufacture, package, or distribute any physical merchandise, paper textbooks, USB drives, or physical goods.

02 Non-Applicability of Physical Shipping

Because no physical goods are involved in LearnVela services:

• Physical Shipping: Postal shipping, courier dispatch, freight delivery, and shipping fees are not applicable to any purchase on LearnVela.
• Physical Returns: Physical product returns, postal returns, or courier drop-offs do not exist.
• Physical Exchanges: Product exchanges, size exchanges, or replacement shipments do not apply.

03 Digital Delivery Method & Timeline

Delivery of LearnVela Pro access occurs electronically through our automated authentication and payment system:

• Account Association: Upon successful checkout and confirmation of payment by Razorpay, your LearnVela account is automatically upgraded to Pro status.
• Delivery Speed: Pro entitlement activation is designed to occur electronically within seconds of verified server payment confirmation.
• Confirmation: You can verify your active subscription by navigating to the Pro Plan page or checking your Fast AI quota allowance on the Ask a Doubt page.

04 Delivery Assistance & Support

If you have completed a payment via Razorpay but your account does not reflect Pro status after a few minutes, please do not initiate a second purchase. Contact LearnVela Support immediately at support@learnvela.in with your account email address and Razorpay transaction receipt. Our team will verify and activate your access manually.
